Once your online booking has been completed you will receive a confirmation email with your Print@Home Ticket Receipt attached. Please print this PDF (or save it to your mobile device) and present the receipt at the gate when you arrive.
- If you are unable to present your receipt, you can quote your booking Confirmation Code at the Box Office to receive your tickets. This is the code displayed when you complete the booking. It starts with a “W”, and is also located on your Print@Home Receipt (scroll down to the last page of your Print@Home Tickets).
- If you do not have your booking reference code Box Office staff can search for your tickets using the email address against the booking.
