Ordinarily we don't exchange tickets due to inability to attend, but we understand sometimes there are extenuating circumstances. Pending on the circumstance, we will allow you to swap your tickets for another session- no refund can be offered due to an inability to attend.
There's no way for us to directly swap a booking, so I will require you to re-book for the correct date, and send me through both booking confirmation codes. I can then refund the original booking.
